Shipping Policy

We’re excited to get your order to you! Below are the details about our shipping process:

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and a separate email with tracking information once your items have shipped.

Shipping Rates:

  • We offer Free standard shipping on orders over $50 to the contiguous 48 United States.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we do NOT offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or by checking your order status in your Shopify account.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship outside the 48 Contiguous United States. Please contact customer services for exceptions.

  • We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at theatermanager@magnettheater.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund for damaged goods.

Shipping Address:

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses and may not be able to reroute packages once they’ve been shipped.
